Venue Information: Indoor, one floor. Food (Catered). Free parking.

 

Number of spaces available: 25-30

 

Space will include: One 6’x8’ space including one 6'x4' table and 2 chairs. You may use your own displays but you must remain inside of your space(s). Electricity available upon advance request (bring your own extension cords). No phone lines available. Credit Cards TBD. Free WiFi available

 

Vendor Load-In: 9.30 AM

Vending Hours: 12 – 6 PM

 

Each vendor receives: Two passes to Vendor Fair and two tickets to Play Party that night

Expected Attendance: 300 - 400 +

Advertising: Extensive online advertising to Southern California BDSM, Fetish and Leather groups.

Inclusion on www.Threshold.org public website (averaging 600 visitors a week).

Inclusion on www.MyKinkyValentine.com website

What to expect: Great vendors, fun attractions, and lots of great kinky buyers with money!

 

HOW TO APPLY FOR A SPACE

 

1) Please Copy and Paste the boxed area below into an email, fill out, and send your initial application immediately to info@mykinkyvalentine.com.

 

2) We will contact you back within 5 Business days to let you know if we will accept you as a vendor.

 

3) If accepted, mail your payment by check or money order (made out to Threshold Society Inc) along with a PRINTED VERSION of this application to:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The vendor fee(s) must accompany each vendor application. Payment will be returned within 14 days if Threshold decides, in the sole exercise of its discretion, not to accept your application. No refunds after January 17th, 2012!

Submission of a vendor application and payment of the vendor fee is not deemed an acceptance of the application under any circumstances.

 

Applicants will be notified via email within 7 days of Threshold’s receipt of your application informing you as to whether your application has been processed. Threshold may, in the sole exercise of its discretion, accept or reject any vendor application. The decision of Threshold to accept or reject any vendor application is final and conclusive on all vendor applicants. Threshold is not required to provide you with a reason as to why it has rejected a vendor application.

If more than one vendor is utilizing a space, then both/all businesses must be registered on the vendor application that is submitted and accepted by Threshold and each vendor who is actually engaged in sales must have the required Resale Permit.

 

All vendors and their representatives/associates/families must be over 18 years of age.

 

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL OF THE THRESHOLD SOCIETY, INC.  THE THRESHOLD SOCIETY, INC., IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE EXERCISE OF ITS DISCRETION, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE ALL APPLICANTS’ SUITABILITY FOR THE EVENT AND IT RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE EXERCISE OF ITS DISCRETION, TO REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY APPLICATION ON ANY GROUNDS WITHOUT EXPLANATION TO THE APPLICANT. ALL INSURANCE COSTS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDORS. THRESHOLD, ITS MEMBERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VENDOR ISSUES, ACCIDENTS OR CONCERNS.
